She is kind, considerate, knowledgeable, she has great attention to detail, she would watch me walk, stop me, re-address what I was doing wrong and correct me. She noted as I walked with a cane, that the cane was one notch too long and she adjusted the length so it was right for me.

After surgery I really had to learn how to walk all over again. She pushed me through the pain and suffering and reassured me that I was doing great, she could see my improvement and would tell me my achievements.

Nirupa was great to work with, she had a plan and exercises at each visit, she added more exercises as time when on and gave me a structured therapy plan to do at home until her next visit.

On the last visit she drove through a blizzard and was here right on time.

Very knowledgeable, her past experience working at the hospital was reassuring that she was experienced and was going to give me great care.

When it was time to remove the bandage, there was no hesitation, she knew exactly what to do. Becca answered all my questions and was never rushed, she reassured me that everything looked good and that I was going to be okay.

The first call from Alpine Home Care was reassuring that my Primary Physician had been contacted and authorized home care and my Insurance company had been contacted to make sure everything was covered under my plan.

The company even had an Emergency Plan in place for patient coverage as we had a snow emergency/blizzard, so they sent the closest nurse (Barb) to my house, she even got stuck in the snow in her driveway and got pushed out and still made it to my house on-time.
